Rey Gonzalez is the author of Coaching to Enhance Performance, How Successful Leaders Create Sustainability Differently which is based on proprietary training of the same name. Rey is the founder and president of HOPE Consulting LLC and CEO of both High Reliability Training, Inc. and High Reliability Partners LLC. A power plant professional with more than four decades of diversified technical, organisational, and analytical problem-solving experience. Rey's contributions are seen in the development of approaches for coaching and risk avoidance that has received tremendous results (and rave reviews for its effectiveness) within the US commercial nuclear and other high reliability operation industries.
Jodi Goodall is the head of Organisational Reliability for Brady Heywood. She is an experienced Health, Safety and Environment leader with more than 18 years of expertise in mining, heavy manufacturing, munitions, chemical process plants and logistics. She is a passionate advocate for practical, innovative safety leadership and worker health. She advises leadership teams on how to create a positive organisational culture that drives best-in-class HSE performance. Jodi was the recipient of the ‘Growing Healthy Organisations’ Award at VIOSH, University of Ballarat during her Grad Dip Occ.
Ron Farris is a co-author of CRITICAL STEPS, Managing What Must Go Right in High-Risk Operations. Ron is the COO of HOPE Consulting LLC, High Reliability Training, Inc., and High Reliability Partners LLC. An author and experienced practitioner in Human & Organisational Performance (HOP) and High Reliability Organization (HRO) that provides support for a variety of high-risk industries that includes: analysis of operational data to help frontline workers, line managers, and leaders of high-risk operations protect their assets using proven risk management methods, and error-prevention and mitigation strategies.
Sandy is the owner and CEO of Altitude Executive Coaching, an international best-selling author, keynote speaker and international TEDx speaker coach. Sandy has helped several organisations, including the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), to build a culture of belonging and mutual respect in the workplace through her leadership development program, rooted in emotional intelligence and empathy. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Sandy had a long career with a global, private Engineering/Construction firm and worked in several business lines across numerous functions. She ultimately landed in Project/Program Management and was fortunate to be assigned to many signature projects: Chief of Staff, Homeland Security Technology at the Nevada Test Site, Assistant Project Manager at St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant in Florida and her final corporate project, Program Manager at Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) for the Department of Defense. She sits on several advisory boards including Tomorrow People Organisation, 4word and the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Daniel Wilder is the founder and president of Safety Instruct LLC, and CTO of both High Reliability Training, Inc., and High Reliability Partners LLC. With nearly two decades of online training and course development experience, he has managed every part of the training ecosystem. An extensive background in environmental health and safety, program development and video production has created the foundation to create the most innovative training products available today.

Georgina Poole is an Author, Podcast Host, Keynote Speaker and a Health and Safety Leadership Partner at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. She has over 17 years’ experience partnering with organisations to improve their health and safety culture and performance across Mining, Transport and Logistics, Aviation and Oil and Gas. Georgina is a thought leader in Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) and an advocate for learning organisations, decluttering, creating capacity and resilience to fail safely. Highly consultative and passionate, and a trusted ‘right hand’ in guiding risk management, strategy and planning, Georgina builds and implements health and safety management systems and processes from the ground up, as well as coaching and influencing leaders and teams to adopt change and continuous improvement, achieving greater employee engagement and wellbeing, and positive health and safety outcomes.
Josh Bryant is currently the General Manager - People, Risk, and Sustainability for Mitchell Services, a leading drilling and mine services provider to the mining and exploration sector. Josh and his team are recognized for successfully integrating contemporary safety principles into their operations and leadership practices. Whilst this work has resulted in improvements in the management of critical risks, it has also improved Mitchell’s ability to genuinely learn and to improve the safety of work. Josh is an accomplished public speaker and reflects his commit to sharing his knowledge and experiences with the community. He co-authored the book “4D’s for HOP and Learning Teams”, co-hosts the Brisbane Safety Differently book club, and in 2023 his team was awarded the Australian WHS Team of the Year by the AIHS (Australian Institute of Health and Safety).
